Meeting between Ernie James and TFAF (Mark) on 06/10/2023 in margins of TF Week.

Have made progress since PPG was completed in 2021.

Need to coordinate with GATF and WBG to understand why support to 7.2 did not progress.

Arts. 1.4 and 7.6 may be supported by ITC, meeting to follow – Grenada to feedback

Art. 3 - Customs may have additional TA needs as draft legislation due to be considered - Grenada will feedback

Arts. 6.1, 6.2 - Revenue impact assessment needed and recommendations.

Art. 10.4 Could be included in regional workshop - single window discussion session and donor conference.

Can be a mix of specific training activities and / or implementation grant given PPG process long completed.

Should explore if any needs can be incorporated in CARICOM regional workshop (draft proposal for TFAF workplan 2024)
