Description
The project aims at streamlining the e-logistics services requirements and procedures at the national level;
enhancing the capacity of logistics actors to better support SMEs to trade online; improving
access to logistics services for SMEs in Rwanda through E-commerce Support Centers (ECSC); and increasing linkages of ECSCs with more logistics service providers through a Digital Freight Logistics Platform.
