DfiD Focus Group Sessions on the Development Aspects of the Implementation of the WTO’s Trade Facilitation Agreement
On the morning of 4 July there will be three brief learning sessions with developing country representatives to share experiences and identify lessons on key trade facilitation themes of capacity development, regional aspects and private sector engagement. The focus group sessions will be organised in small groups and will give developing country members an opportunity to articulate to what extent they see the themes as important considerations and why. For more details please follow this link.
The Focus Groups are organised with support from DFID’s Supporting the Implementation of the WTO’s Trade Facilitation Agreement (SITFA) programme, which funds: the Global Alliance for Trade Facilitation; Standards and Trade Development Facility; Trade Facilitation Advisory Facility; and Trade Facilitation Support Programme. The outcomes of the Focus Groups will feed into the formative evaluation of the SITFA programme.
