o To introduce Bosnia and Herzegovina to WCO TRS tool in order to allow Customs and other border agencies to improve compliance and at the same time improve facilitation for imports-exports.
o To assist Bosnia and Herzegovina Indirect Taxation Authority in designing their Time Release Study and to list the processing activities to be examined
o To build national capacity of Bosnia and Herzegovina Customs in order for the country to conduct a Time Release Study (TRS).
