To enhance understanding on the all three Pillars of the SAFE Framework of Standards (SAFE FoS) and carry out diagnostics of compliance with its respective Standards with a view to assist Fiji Customs and partner government agencies to fully implement the Standards of the SAFE Framework of Standards as well as AEO programme, particularly in view of the implementation of related measures of the WTO Agreement on Trade Facilitation (TFA)
