Overall Objective:
To improve the business relationships of Customs Administrations with the private sector and initiate a Regional Preferred Trader Programme (RPTP) that will obtain and support both the national regulatory authorities and trade community’s expectations towards regional integration and trade facilitation.
Specific Objective: To develop training modules for the SACU PTP, focussing on Post Clearance Audit (PCA), Preferred Trader (PT) Validation and PTP Risk Management.
