2015- ongoing (submission of indicative dates for implementation of the measures is the first quarter of 2017.); Five of these measures (Risk Management, Post Audit Controls, Test Procedures, Single Window and Publication) were identified as possible priority measures for regional implementation which cuts across six other measures requiring increased transparency. However, the entire 18 measures will be afforded support through regionally coordinated activities focusing on harmonized customs and other legislation, the development of technical and standard operating procedures and training.
